In 1994, I rented the 4-H kitchen at the Whidbey Island Fairgrounds with the goal of baking my way to a better life. Inspired by my mother's healthy baking and armed with a KitchenAid mixer, I created the Original Breakfast Cookie, a revolutionary new way to serve breakfast. This marked the beginning of our journey.
